Description: PLEASE READ: This folder contains captioned video files of the House of Representatives recordings along with text files of the captions. These captions have not been corrected and are provided as another access point other than the recording log-books to help locate house bills by number and various subject matter within the recordings. These are not to be considered an official transcript of the recording. These captions are computer generated and may contain errors due to various issues with the recording quality, accents, slurred words, and multiple voices occurring at once. Names, punctuation, and proper grammar may not be recognized correctly due to the limitations of artificial intelligence and speech-to-text at the time these were processed. Files may have had long stretches of silence removed to allow captioning software to function properly.
