The Office of Financial Accountability (OFA) plans and planning series documents projects the OFA undertook to improve state agency and institutions of higher education compliance with federal and state open government initiatives as well as background information gathered to plan for these projects. Record include correspondence, audit reports, other types of reports, summaries, budgets, memorandums, time lines, agenda, meeting attachments, presentations, questionnaire responses, and contact lists. Subjects include information about specific federal or state funding projects, the fund reporting process and tools, available grants, background information about specific programs, regional planning committee activities. Records date 1999-2014 and are electronic. Records dating prior to 2009 focus on planning activities to improve the grant funding process, ways to promote general government transparency and accountability, and actions of regional planning committees. These records document how the Governor's Office planned on complying with ARRA.
