Description:
The USS battleship Texas served in both World War I and World War II and was decommissioned in 1948 in Texas to become a memorial and exhibit. These ships plans document the ship during its active duty. Records were stored in the Admiral's Cabin aboard the Battleship Texas and were added to over the years as repairs and upgrades were made to the ship. Materials consist of blueprints, blueline prints, brownline prints, blackline prints, drawings, manuals, and booklets dating 1900-1948, 1984.
