This subseries consists of six scrapbooks containing materials gathered from various sources, dating from 1923 to 1941. Created by club historians, the kinds of records pasted into these scrapbooks vary greatly. Included are: course of study booklets, miscellaneous correspondence primarily addressed to "Mrs. N.M. Wilcox," newspaper clippings, photographs, Christmas and greeting cards, event programs, and pamphlets about visiting musicians. Many of the scrapbooks contain copies of the same newspaper clippings, especially those written about the club's founder and president, Minnie Sneed Wilcox.
