Witnesses: Dr. Norris, member of Board of Directors, Houston Chapter, Arthritis Foundation; Dr. Earl Brewer, Texas Rheumatism Association; Fred Ross, regional manager, Epilepsy Foundation of America; Frank Borreca, executive director, Harris County Center for the Retarded.
